A clean, comfortable place to stay, and the staff were nice.

There are much better places in Amritsar for this price. The food was pathetic, the staff were rude and arrogant, and the guy at reception acted like a goon. Staying here was the worst decision. Never visit.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and the staff were very rude. They'd cut power to the AC and TV so you couldn't use them for long. The owner also insisted we pay for two days even though we were staying one, calling it hotel policy. At check-in he acted like an old friend who was thrilled to see us, but after we paid, he turned into an enemy waiting to get revenge. Don't stay here at any cost.

I have never had such a bad experience. The room was filthy, with dirt around the bed, and the bedsheet was so dirty it smelled. Mosquitoes kept flying around, and rats were roaming outside the room. Going to this hotel was one of my biggest mistakes.

The owner acts sweet to your face, but even normal drinking water costs extra here, and paying by card was an issue. The AC remote is kept by the owner, who switches it off as he likes, and the same goes for the geyser. If you think I'm lying, go check who has the AC remote. Worst hotel to stay at. I ask everyone not to come here.
