I had to move to another property in the middle of the night. The rooms didn't meet even basic living standards: frogs were hopping on the filthy floors, mosquitoes were everywhere, and the sheets hadn't been changed. They were covered in stains and hair. The bathrooms were in extremely poor condition too. A horrible experience.
The toilet flush barely worked, and I had to flush it two or three times to clear the dirt. The room was dirty, the washroom and toilet hadn't been cleaned, and no towel was provided. Mosquitoes were all over the room through the night. The owner should keep the rooms hygienic. I wouldn't advise travellers to book here. It wasn't worth even one star, and I can't give less than that.
They were very welcoming and helpful, and the place was clean. The guest service and room service were both brilliant, with staff available to assist 24×7. It's in a convenient area, just beside a hospital in Bhubaneswar. They made us feel relaxed and comfortable, offering a luxurious stay where we could get away from our pain and leave with fresh memories.
There was trash all over the filthy room, mould on the bedsheet, and spider webs inside. The staff were very uncooperative, so I left without staying. I can share a video of the room if needed.
We stayed because there wasn't another option. The room smelled strange and had spider webs everywhere, though the staff were good.
