The room was damp, the AC and TV didn’t work, there was no WiFi or jet spray, and a horrible smell hung around the whole place. It’s the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen 🤮. The staff don’t care at all. A total waste of money. Never stay here! ⚠️

We had our own car, so finding a parking spot here was a real plus, since parking in Puri is usually difficult. The location is good, the rooms are very nice and clean, and you can order food to your room.

We booked at a good price, but the hotel refused to give us the rooms and said they wouldn’t honor the offered rate. They told us to call Agoda and ask them to pay the hotel more. I explained that I was traveling with an elderly person, but they wouldn’t listen. The receptionist was very rude and started abusing us. They said they had a problem with Agoda and weren’t taking its bookings, so why keep the hotel listed there with prices and accept bookings? Customers shouldn’t have to suffer for an issue between the hotel and Agoda. Hopeless place. DO NOT BOOK.

The room and washroom were clean, and I got an AC room through Booking.com within 15 minutes for under Rs 900. It’s near Bhubaneswar Railway station. If you arrive at night, Rapido is Rs 50, while an auto fare is high at Rs 100. I had trouble with the room’s inside lock, which wouldn’t work, and the staff didn’t fix it. There was no working Wi-Fi inside the room either. Check-out is at 11 A.M.

I’ve stayed in OYO rooms plenty of times, but this was my worst experience. The room was in really bad shape, with stains on the sheets and other bedding, dirty toilets, and an insect in the room.
