Don't pay online. Go to the hotel, speak with them, and pay there. The owner charges extra. Avoid booking through Oyo too, because if you cancel, the refund is nowhere near what you paid for the hostel booking.

SCAM ALERT. I had already paid the full amount through the booking app, but when I arrived the receptionist demanded extra money before letting me check in. The room is advertised for under 1000 to draw people in, yet the actual price at check-in is double, it seems.

The room was awful, with a bad smell, worms in the washroom, poor upkeep, and sheets that smelled. It clearly wasn't being cleaned properly. The staff weren't any better, especially Litu, who was rude and arrogant and didn't know how to speak to people. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I was left without enough water while I was in the toilet, and the power was out in the morning. They have a generator, but kept making excuses about no diesel or a problem with it. They charge a lot and still couldn't provide basic facilities. The service was a real disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The rooms are a decent size, but the property is far down a lane and takes a walk to reach from the main street. Though it's listed with OYO, they only accept offline bookings and may charge more than the online apps show. The staff weren't friendly, though they weren't arrogant either.
