Lazdana Hotel Bangalore

We spent around five months at the hotel and never had a bad experience, not even for one day. Reception, food, service, and housekeeping were all excellent. Arjun JP supported us so well throughout, and I’m grateful to him and the whole staff for making our stay memorable. We truly miss our time there.

My booking with Hotel Lazdana, Bangalore, was confirmed on 19th April 2026 after I sent all the details they asked for. They confirmed a room at Rs7,500, including breakfast for three people. Today, though, they refused to honor that booking and asked for another Rs2,000. That was shocking and extremely unprofessional. Last-minute changes like this can cause serious inconvenience, so I’d advise others to be careful when booking. I can share the relevant details with Hotel management if needed.

The bathroom and shower room smelled bad, and the pool shut at 8 pm. They also hadn't stocked the towels. On top of that, they charged us 600 for a dirty water stain, which is ridiculous. No other hotel I've stayed in has charged for cleaning the room between stays. It makes me wonder whether they wash the sheets between guests. Be cautious when booking.

My stay was pathetic. They call it a four-star hotel, but to me it was no better than a countryside hotel. The staff were untrained and unprofessional, especially at the front desk. Mustafa told me I was lucky to get the hotel so cheaply. When I asked about changing twin beds to a single bed, he said I’d chosen an economy room at such a low price, and that an upgrade was impossible unless I paid extra. Then Manager Abdullah came with a fake food bill and asked me to pay. When I asked for a proper bill, he abruptly said, “BLOCK THIS CUSTOMER” for future bookings, then rudely told me to pay and leave. I found the staff unethical and unable to speak to people professionally. We also found bed bugs. It was really unfortunate to stay there. The staff just don't care about customers.
