The only real plus was being near the Golden Temple, and there are better places to choose from. The rooms were small and nothing like the photos, with dirty sheets, dirty washrooms, and pillows without covers. The stairway was very narrow, and there was only one hotel boy, who was quite old, so service was slow and poor, though that wasn’t his fault. They said they didn’t have their own hotel for prepaid breakfast and sent us across the street to a small hotel, where 4 aalu parathas and 4 chai cost 190 bucks.

I paid online for the hotel through the OYO app, but at check-in the owner demanded extra money. When I said I’d already paid and wouldn’t pay more, he got angry and told me to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

The washroom and rooms were dirty, the bedding was dirty too, and there weren’t any washroom chappals. There were no facilities, including the breakfast OYO claimed was available, and the staff behaved irresponsibly. A complete waste of money, just a bekar residency. I wish OYO would stop advertising this hotel.

The room he finally gave me was the wrong one, and it was filthy. The phone and AC didn’t work, the toilet was dirty, and there was no breakfast. I arrived at 10 pm with my wife and two-year-old baby, but receptionist Kawal said he couldn’t give us a room because I’d booked it too cheaply through the Oyo app. He told me to find somewhere else, then after a lot of discussion asked for an extra charge. Please don’t book Oyo 24015 or you could have the same trouble.
