The manager was rude and made things up about the hotel. For even small service requests, you have to go to reception yourself. I stayed just one night, and the hotel was tucked down a lane in the city.

I had to find somewhere else to stay at midnight after the hotel refused my prepaid booking. I arrived at 11 PM, and the owner said there were no rooms, even though I watched two parties check out in front of me. He was rude and unhelpful, and I also saw him argue with a guest asking for an extra blanket for his sick father. The place looked shady and badly built. Do not choose this one.

The food was good, and the staff were kind and friendly. Rooms are good for the price, and customer service was great too. The location is the one drawback since you can’t get network access there, but their good WiFi takes care of that.

The owner said that because I booked a cheap room, the service would be cheap too, and spoke as if I were his slave. Even the servant addressed me as “tu.” They insult guests, and the behavior is rude and completely unprofessional. If you want to be insulted, book a room here. Worst experience ever!

The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable. It’s in a good location, with great service and well-mannered staff.
