The bathroom overflowed, and the rooms were poor quality. Service was awful too. The owner was rude and didn't give a proper solution when I raised questions. Never visit this place.

The owner was rude, had no manners when speaking to guests, and demanded full payment upfront. When the problems came up, he wouldn't refund the money. They charge 1200 to 1500 for these rooms, which is hard to justify. The rooms were dirty, with cockroaches, leaks on the walls and ceilings, and no geyser or drinking water. There were no fans, and when the power went out there was no generator. They also didn't change the sheets or pillow covers or clean the bathroom and floor after the previous guests checked out. Worst hospitality I've experienced, they seem to have opened the hotel to fool people.

I only stayed one night because this was my first visit to the place and I didn't want any more hassle. I felt sorry for the staff and receptionists, who seemed helpless and had almost nothing to offer, apparently because of the owner boss, who I'm sure is off enjoying life like a king. For anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the Golden Temple, I'd say no to this property. It's far worse than you might imagine a bad hotel could be. The rooms are filthy and the amenities promised on the site have long disappeared. The photos online look like they were taken when the hotel was new and unused. Google should allow ratings below zero.

I made an online booking for one day, but at the front desk they told me to cancel through Oyo and book directly for a higher price. After arguing, they finally checked me in. The first room smelled bad in the washroom, the toilet seat didn't work, and the LCD was broken. I asked to switch rooms, but the other one had bigger problems: the LCD and fan didn't work, and the switchboards wouldn't charge my phone. The bedsheet and blanket were very dirty, and so were the washroom, bucket, and mug, which also stank. The AC worked, but there was no remote to set the temperature, so it wasn't comfortable to sleep. At check-in I asked for soap, shampoo, towel, pillows, and a bottle of water. Nothing was provided except a pillow. The power went out several times at night with no backup. I wouldn't recommend this awful hotel or its staff, even for one night.
