The room we were moved into was a staff room, with their staff already staying there. It was messy, the sheets and washroom were dirty, and the doors didn't work. We had booked a non-AC room for 800 a day, but only needed it for 4,5 hours while my family and I got ready to visit golden temple. Then staff suddenly said our room had been booked already and we'd been given it by mistake. We agreed to move, but the replacement made the whole experience very inconvenient. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and the owner was rude too. They wouldn't cooperate and used abusive language. There was no privacy at all. I'll never book here again and would tell others to avoid it.

The owner quoted one amount at first, then charged me more at checkout. The room cleaning was very poor, and the service and attitude were bad too. The behavior was terrible, and they took too much money.

The room wasn't maintained properly, and the staff and service were poor. It felt like a money trap, easily my worst experience.

The bathroom ceiling was broken, and there was no ventilation in the rooms. The room and bathroom also had a musty, moldy smell.

I've never had a worse hotel stay. The room service was awful.
