The bathroom never seemed to get cleaned, and we weren't given towels or any basic toiletries. Getting to the hotel was difficult because the road was in bad shape. The main entrance was locked, so even during busy hours we had to wait for someone to let us in. One of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in.

There was no power all night, and with no generator or UPS, we had to leave before our planned checkout. The management handled it terribly. There weren't any service attendants either, and even basic things like a water bottle, soap, or towel had to be requested. My stay at AK Regency Amrithsar was awful.

The attached pictures say enough about the state of this place. The linen and mattress were dirty, fixtures in the bathroom were broken, and just about everything that could be wrong was wrong. Really pathetic, I wouldn't recommend it.

At check-in the TV was working, but when the staff showed me the room they said a technician would come fix it. I called the front desk, and the receptionist then told me the TV would never work. I wasn't happy with the staff or receptionist's behavior.

Oyo charged 585, but the hotel asked me for 500/- when I checked in. The bedsheet and quilt were dirty, and there were no lockers in the washroom.
