OYO 74643 Hotel Jass Residency

They took advantage of how late and tired I was, telling me the hotel was very close to the golden temple and very cheap. The room they sold me was overpriced and extremely hot. They also promised a C form, which they are legally required to provide, but never gave it to me, leaving me in an illegal situation. Each day they told me to come back the next day, passing responsibility to a different person, until they stopped answering my calls and messages altogether. Once they had my money, the staff seemed to care only about that and not about customer satisfaction. Some of the worst staff I've ever encountered.
