There’s no parking, which is the main drawback. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and the location is peaceful on the Perampalli Manipal road. Our 1 BHK was comfortable, with utensils, a working fridge and AC, a gas connection, and hot water around the clock. For monthly bookings, cleaning and sheet changes happen only twice a week. There’s no breakfast, and room service has a limited menu until 11pm. Laughing Buddha, which serves alcohol, is downstairs, and Ecstasy Pub is in the basement. All you want is about a 10-minute uphill walk, Planet Cafe is five minutes away, and Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit orders reach the property quickly.

Good value for the price, with big, spacious rooms, AC, and a balcony. The rooms feel classy for Manipal. LB and Ecstasy are in the same building, which makes this a perfect choice if you want them close by.

The food was great, and you can order it from the pub or restaurant downstairs. I had a comfortable stay, enjoyed the view, and found the staff friendly and the service great. Music from the club goes on until it closes late at night, which might bother some guests, though I didn’t mind it much. Parking is open air, with no enclosed parking.

The rooms are spacious and have a very nice ambience, but mine smelled bad and the sofa looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The owner should have rooms cleaned every day, or at least before a new customer checks in. The customer service could also be friendlier.
