The room was very small, and neither the room service nor the communication met expectations. My booking comments weren't followed either. I also noticed that guests arriving by car seemed to get better service from the receptionist. I hope management considers this feedback and takes appropriate action.

There's a restaurant in the same building called down the road, and it's very good. The rooms are nice, the service is good, and the staff are helpful.

The rooms are good, but the pub on the first floor plays music so loudly at night that it can drive you mad.

The rooms were clean, but only soap was provided, with no other toiletries. This is a decent, budget friendly hotel, though I wouldn't recommend it for families because of the attached restobar and student crowd. It's also a bit far from central Udupi.

For below average rooms, this place is overpriced. They're terrible, with no basic amenities or even a dustbin. When I asked for water, I was told, “no room service”. The staff were rude too. Absolutely pathetic.
