The staff treated us rudely, including the women in our group, and kept asking for money again and again. Even after we'd paid, they held our luggage over payment. They also demanded Aadhaar cards for everyone in the family. There was no housekeeping and they couldn't provide even basic facilities. The attitude of the employees and management left us upset and spoiled our trip memories. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The price changed between booking and checkout during my last two stays. I also called five times to reserve a room and got no response. The management is awful.

The room itself was fine, with a neat bathroom, a decent amount of space, and three wardrobes plus tables and chairs, which made sharing with three people easier. There's also an elevator. The charge was inconsistent, though: I paid 700 after being quoted 750, while my friend had paid only 600 for the room the day before. That's why I'm giving it three stars, since the service charges don't seem fixed.

The rooms are actually pretty good, but the service is really poor. The reception staff are rude and keep calling over and over for payment, as if we weren't going to pay.

The lift was there but out of order, and the toilet was filthy with stains. Broken fittings included the electric switch, water tap, and toilet seat. I booked through goibibo, but it seems they hadn't checked the property's quality. Don't book here.
