We paid 3000 for 3 hours with family, but the service was still really bad. We call for an hour and nobody comes. The service is very slow, the blankets smell, the TV isn’t working properly, the network is very slow, and the washrooms are messy. They won’t share the hotspot password either, and the staff are rude.

We paid 1200 rupees for one night, and the room and hospitality were pathetic. The service was awful, nothing worked, there was no geyser or TV, and the blankets smelled. I’d give zero stars if that were an option. Don’t go there.

I was overcharged by OYO, and on top of that they were asking me to pay for water. The hotel has no lift and no railings on the stairs. The room was the worst I’ve seen, in a terrible location. This is the worst hotel in Amritsar. Please don’t visit.

The staff were very poor, customer service was lacking, and they charge for water. Their behavior is really rude. Worst hotel in Amritsar. Please never visit golden peak hotel.

The rooms are way too dirty, and even the bedsheets aren’t clean. I’d personally tell everyone to avoid this hotel. Next time I’ll look for somewhere else.
