The rooms are spacious and the staff were very good, with prompt service. I found the place neat and clean, and it felt like good value. Breakfast can be arranged, though there's no in-house restaurant or one nearby, and laundry isn't available. The hotel is in front of a lake, but only road-facing rooms have the lake view. From other rooms, opening the curtains means looking at the dump yard. Hot water is available only in the morning.

I had to find somewhere else and leave around midnight, just 15 minutes after checking in. The room had no fan, the AC didn't work, and management refused to move me. The bathroom was literally broken, with a hole in one wall that let me see the bathtub in the next room. Floors were heavily stained, the lobby stank, and staff were rude. This place needs major renovation. A local Uber driver who'd been driving for four years told me he'd never picked up or dropped off a guest here. I can't understand how it got more than three stars.

The dump yard right beside the hotel makes it hard to enjoy the view. The smell means you can't open the doors or windows or spend time on the balcony. Restrooms also seemed dull, dusty, and unhygienic. The infrastructure and pleasant music were okay, but I wouldn't suggest staying here.

We booked two days through OYO, and it was the worst experience. The washroom flush didn't work, and the whole property smelled bad. Hygiene was extremely poor, and the hotel authorities had an arrogant attitude toward guests. They also rent rooms by the hour for drinking and other unpleasant activities. I wouldn't recommend it for families.
