Pam And Chand Guest House By OYO Rooms

The rooms were bad and small, and water wasn’t running from the taps. They didn’t provide the complimentary breakfast at all. Service was pathetic, and the hotelier’s reception staff used abusive language. Nobody should choose this worst guest house.

PAM & CHAND guest house is listed on OYO, but my issue is still unresolved more than 144 hours, or six days, after I complained. OYO said it would take 48 hours to address it. Both the guest house and OYO have cheated customers, in my experience. The property is dirty, and the staff are uncooperative and dishonest. They take advantage of people when they’re in trouble. It’s near DARBAR SAHEB, but I’d rather stay on the road, at the station dormitory, or inside the Darbar Saheb premises if accommodation is available. Avoid this place and stay somewhere else.

The bathroom smelled so bad, and the staff kept asking for money for every little thing. This is a terrible place to stay. I’d rather sleep at the bus stand than spend another minute here.

My full review was flagged and deleted after I described everything that happened to me. All I can say is, don’t book this hotel, even if it’s the last room in the world.
