This is a new property, and the rooms are close to feeling luxurious. The hotel sits by an open sewer, though, so it stinks outside. Service is very poor right now. The phone to reach reception doesn't work, and they don't seem to care. Breakfast was meant to start at 8 am, but nothing was ready until 9 am.

During our 2-day stay, several basic facilities were missing or out of order, which was very disappointing for the price. Breakfast was included, but the buffet was never set up. We were told it would be brought to our room instead, and it never arrived. Even simple requests meant calling reception 5-6 times, usually without a proper response or follow-up. Service was slow and careless. The experience didn't come close to the price or our expectations, and based on our stay, I wouldn't recommend it.

The infrastructure and investment seemed very good, but the service left me completely disappointed. The dining area was messy and unhygienic, with no cleaning. There was no hot water in the morning, and the AC stopped working. Even after I complained many times, nobody took action. The hotel simply wasn't maintained and can't be called a 4 star hotel.

The rooms are clean at first and have all the basic amenities. The food is awesome, and the staff treat you like family and are very understanding. It's an all-in-one hotel for your needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
