The room was noisy enough to make sleeping difficult. Around 11 PM I could hear constant sounds from outside and from nearby rooms, including people talking and laughing through the thin walls. The bedsheets, blanket, and pillows were filthy, with visible dust and hair around the room, far from hygienic. The photos had made the hotel look clean and well maintained, but that wasn’t what I found. It’s dirty, noisy, and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it; avoid staying here.

I’d booked online through a third party and was given the last available room, which faced the road. Since I had an exam the next morning, the traffic noise kept disturbing my sleep. I asked to move and they gave me a room in the middle instead. The hotel staff were very good about it; few hotels take care of things like that.

The bathroom is the weak point. Water doesn’t drain properly from the floor, so after a shower it’s left completely wet, and it always smells bad. That’s why I gave the rooms 3 stars. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, and the hotel is right in the middle of the city. Room service is excellent, and the WiFi is fast and available 24×7. A very nice place to stay.

The staff response was especially good, and I was satisfied. Cleaning, management, and responsiveness were all awesome. The location is in the middle of the city. Anyone visiting Jamngar should consider it, and it’s a must visit for business users.

The restaurant was a letdown: it’s small, and breakfast doesn’t offer many choices. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay, with good amenities and quick room service.
