After arriving, we couldn't find a manager or receptionist at the property. A caretaker connected us by phone, then they asked for extra money in cash. The rooms were in below-average condition and the facilities were poor. This is only called a hotel, it doesn't feel like one. Families shouldn't book it through any site just because the price is low. It doesn't deserve even that.

The rooms were average and uncomfortable, and no staff seemed to be at reception at any time. The owner refused to provide anything for travelers, even a bill, and charged extra on top of the booking amount because of their profile. A waste of money and comfort.

The room was really dirty, and it was a very bad experience. The staff didn't know how to write and seemed uneducated.

The room and bedsheets were filthy, and the sockets on the electrical board didn't work.
