The service was poor, and they didn't even provide drinking water. I was also charged an unexplained extra ₹500 at Hotel Star Light, even though I had booked through myTravely.com. It felt like a scam. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The location is prime, but they can't manage their guests. There was no service, and even the electrical connection was in very bad condition.

Very bad stay. The room wasn't clean, the washroom door handle was cracked, and there was no LED. The room cost a lot, while the AC remote and display weren't working.

We loved our stay. The rooms are nice, if a little tiny, and you can walk to the Golden Temple or Jallianwala bagh at any time, day or night.

It's a clean, pleasant place at a reasonable price, and free WiFi is available. The hotel works well for families or friends, though the service is a little slow and there's no TV connection. Good stay overall, with room to do better.
