The phone didn't work, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and there was no water purifier or tea service. I had to walk 10 minutes to get tea and a bottle of water. The hotel is in a petrol pump area, which felt risky. I only booked because I was exhausted after driving 12 hours, and I just slept there. I wouldn't recommend it.

I was very pleased with my stay and hope to come back for longer. The room was roomy, comfortable and well equipped, and the hotel was clean and stylish. We had dinner there, and the food was good value for money, with attentive, efficient service. The location and surroundings were lovely, and the staff made a great first impression. The receptionist and the rest of the staff were especially friendly and helpful.
The location is far from everything, and the service was pathetic. The room was dirty, with ants and cockroaches, and I found an empty whisky bottle in the wardrobe. The sheets weren't clean, the locks didn't work properly, and there were no doormats or dustbin in the room.
My family and I had a terrible experience. They made me pay for food we hadn't eaten, then called several times after checkout to demand payment for it. They need to improve their customer service and how they treat guests. I personally wouldn't choose this hotel for a stay 😡😡
