I booked a deluxe room after being told I'd get a good one, but the room I was given was dirty in every corner and had no lock. I also felt very unsafe because the man at reception made comments like, “If you're feeling alone, let me come and sleep with you.” That was completely unacceptable. I was so afraid of the place that I had to call my friend to come stay with me.

The room was in very bad condition, and I was already disappointed after waiting far too long to check in and get my registration done. I wanted to cancel, but there was no cancellation option in the app, so I went to reception. The person there said the booking could be cancelled but I wouldn't get a refund. If you've booked here, I'd suggest cancelling.

The photos don't match this property. There were hairs everywhere, the sheets were dirty, and the floor hadn't been cleaned properly. No towel, shampoo, or soap was provided. When we asked for a towel, we got worn-out, rough ones with holes, and there was still no shampoo or soap. We were lucky to have booked only one night. We left first thing in the morning and found another place to stay.

The Wi-Fi was the only good thing. The rooms were average in cleanliness and way overpriced. The hotel has no kitchen, and even getting a cup of tea was beyond them. Breakfast was arranged somehow from a street food stall. The staff were very loud, with lots of noise and disturbance during my two-day stay. Service was so poor that even half a star feels generous, especially for a hotel opposite the bus stop. A hotel should offer decent service, food, and a pleasant stay, but I got none of that here.
