It was quiet at the property, and the rooms are large with an ethnic Rajasthani look and wooden chain doors. They also have room heaters. But the service needs work. The TV channels stopped working and took a whole day to come back, water kept dripping onto the bathroom floor so it was always wet, and there was no hot water at all on my first day, so I had a cold bath. WiFi never connected during my stay. Breakfast was very basic, and I wasn’t impressed with the service. They should improve it if they want to attract guests staying at the property.

Both rooms we booked had nonworking ACs, so we had to change rooms, and the rooms themselves weren’t great. The food was average, with few choices and just okay taste. Getting to the property was difficult because of bad roads and its secluded location. It felt like an average 3-star place, certainly not 5-star. They weren’t open to feedback and kept blaming the weather for every issue.

I’m giving one star only because zero wasn’t an option. The AC didn’t work, so the room was unbearably hot, and staff hadn’t turned it on earlier. Both the room and washroom smelled terrible, as if they hadn’t been opened for ages. When I raised the problem, the receptionist wasn’t helpful and said they couldn’t assist because I’d booked online. A really disappointing experience.

A lovely place to slow down and relax, with very friendly staff and real Amritsari hospitality. The estate dag 'Hachi' and estate turtle ' Sheru' were a delight.

The food was amazing, and I loved my stay. It’s near the airport and a great option for anyone wanting a different kind of experience who’s tired of conventional hotels.
