Dio Regaalo Theme Resort

The reception and restaurant staff’s response was disappointing when I raised concerns. They showed little hospitality and kept saying the feedback would be discussed at the “next management meeting,” with nothing they could do right away. The concept and location are interesting, and the A-frame rooms look distinctive from outside. But the steel walls make them extremely hot in the daytime, and the lack of proper blackout curtains means it gets bright very early, which affected my sleep. There’s potential here, but guest comfort and service need significant improvement.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the buffet covered all our food needs. We had a pleasant, very good stay and are planning to come back for another vacation.

We got great value for money at Dio Regaalo, and I’d happily stay there again. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant felt calm and pleasant. Restaurant staff were especially polite and attentive, and really seemed to care. Housekeeping kept the whole property immaculate, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, respectful, and quick to help. The service, cleanliness, food, rooms, and ambience all made the stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend it.

The rooms are very small, and there isn’t much nearby. Their restaurant has no seafood, so we had to go at least 20 km away to get some. There’s also a waterpark across from the resort with loud DJ music playing all day. It was really disturbing when I’d come to Konkan hoping for some peace and relaxation.
