We paid around Rs 2000 for a room. The rooms and bathroom were good and seemed new, and breakfast was available in unlimited quantities. The AC wasn't working, and the Wi-Fi was unavailable. There is parking space, and the hotel is in a good city location, right beside amul. The lift sometimes stops working, so be prepared to use the stairs. You could also plan a visit to the amul factory, which is open to visitors from 2-4 pm.

The rooms weren't that great. I had to ask for a clean sheet and pillow, and they replaced them with fresh ones. A 1 litre water bottle costs 30 rs through room service. Breakfast was included in my stay, but I left before it started at 8 am. When I asked if they could provide anything earlier, they said there was nothing.

The South Indian food menu is very good, and the hotel is in a prime spot near the amul factory and a nearby market. The rooms are spacious, but the property isn't well maintained. The flush wasn't working properly, and breakfast was limited to upma and Puri bhaji. We also weren't given clear information about the dinner that came with our booking. They have a great location but don't seem to value it. I wasn't happy at all.

The rooms are large and comfortable, with a wardrobe bigger than any I've seen. Bathrooms were clean and looked after, and the hotel is easy to reach, right next to Amul factory. Hot water was a problem, especially in December. The complimentary breakfast had only a few choices, but it tasted fine.

I found the food at the complimentary breakfast awesome, and the location was nice. The staff were really good, while the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Everything worked out well for me during my stay at Sach Regency. You can negotiate to get a good room price.
