Capital O 24808 Padmawati Palace

Service was very poor. The rooms were dim and smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheet was dirty, and there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned before check-in. Even the bins were still dirty. The AC behaved erratically, as if it had a mind of its own. For the extra bed, they gave us a two-inch foam mattress to put on the floor. Coke wasn’t available when we ordered food, so we had to go outside and get it ourselves. People were shouting in the corridors, and the noise made the place feel like a warehouse. Over the years, this hotel has gone from good to awful. I gave it another try this year only because of the location, but that’s it for me. It isn’t worth my time, effort, or money, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here with family.
