Cockroaches, noisy fans, and no water at the washbasins made this a place where I couldn't manage even one day. It's not suitable for families. Ramesh Residency is the worst. Goibibo was no help either, with poor or no customer support. Bhagya Residency is nearby and much better for a stay.
The rooms and washroom were extremely untidy and smelled awful. Doors were broken, cupboards were broken, and the TV didn't work. There was poor Wi-Fi, no ventilation, and no power backup, so I spent the whole night without sleep. People didn't respond when I spoke to them. The worst place to stay in all of ananthapur. I wish there were a zero rating.
I chose an AC room, but the quality wasn't up to the mark. They provided nothing except bath soap, and there isn't enough parking for cars. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a family; a single person might manage. The AC rooms are simply blocked, so you can't book them online.
The price is affordable, and it's easy to reach most offices, which are the main positives. I took a single room that was just okay for one person. The non-AC rooms have poor ventilation, and the parking is so limited that it's frustrating.
For a business trip, this is a decent place for one person, and the rate fits the budget. It's in the middle of Ananthapur, with easy access to places around town. Sanitation is maintained reasonably well, about 3.5 stars. There's no parking for four-wheelers.
