We stopped here for a room on 31/12/2025 while traveling back to trivandrum from Kannur. I was exhausted from the long trip and had my family with me. The reception staff member was disrespectful, and the service was very poor. The room was in bad shape, especially the bed, sheets, and pillows, which were extremely dirty. The reception is a hotel’s first impression, and this one was awful. I’m adding a photo of the pillow they gave us. Please don’t let this happen to other guests.

The manager made an already poor visit to the executive bar worse. I raised the issue with him after the staff failed to bring ice when I asked, but he acted unprofessionally instead of sorting it out. The service was unacceptable, and I’m very unhappy with the way I was treated 😐😐😐

The staff seemed too absorbed in their phones, and they were also putting goondas in the executive lounge. The beers weren’t chilled, and there wasn’t a whiskey glass available for whisky. With that kind of service, I wouldn’t recommend this place or call it an executive lounge.

We went to the executive bar today and had a bad experience with the barman and the service. We called the manager to report it, but he was very rude to us too. This doesn’t feel like an executive bar at all, it’s beyond local.
