After a long journey, we were welcomed warmly by the staff at The Surya Hotel, Angamaly, and the prompt, courteous room service made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of variety and excellent taste. Our family trip got off to a smooth, stress-free start thanks to Mr. Santosh from Godzone Holidays, who coordinated the travel and stay arrangements so well. The Surya Hotel staff also deserve thanks for their warm, professional hospitality. We had a very pleasant stay during our Kerala trip and would happily choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to or via Cochin.

We were worn out, so we stopped here for the night and got a good rest. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was clean, and there was really good food at the buffet. We loved the hotel.

I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant because I liked the food, but today I was ignored. I called for the staff several times and nobody came over. Even after I raised it with the manager, nothing changed until I had to make a scene. I’m not going back.

The spacious room worked well for three people, and they also provided a complimentary airport shuttle. We enjoyed the seafood festival during our stay, especially the chefs' live fish pollichathu, which was mouth-watering. The front desk and restaurant offered very good hospitality, and staying at surya was a great experience. The one thing I felt was missing for a 4 star hotel was a swimming pool.

The breakfast was included in our package, but it wasn’t offered or even mentioned to us. When we asked about it, nobody responded. Room service was disappointing too, since even a simple request for water was ignored.
