The room had a working TV and air conditioner, but the cleaning was very bad and the service was average. The environment felt very poor and third class, so I suggest not staying here. I went before 2025 diwali, after booking two nights on Agoda. At reception they said the hotel hadn’t accepted online bookings for around four months. I’d already paid ₹1600+, and they gave me someone else’s mobile number and said I could find another hotel or get a refund. The receptionist told me to contact Agoda customer care. After I explained the situation, they put me on hold while contacting the hotel management, then said I’d get my money back. It came through a few minutes later. I was exhausted after riding my bike 280+ km by myself, and the hotel was far from the city, so I stayed. The receptionist agreed to the amount I’d booked for. On the second day we changed our minds and wanted to move elsewhere. At checkout they said the bill would be ₹1000 if we left that day, even though we’d agreed on ₹800. That was really frustrating.

The food was very disappointing, with bad taste and hardly any flavor. I wouldn’t recommend it.

2/10
The food was cold and bland, and it didn’t match what the menu described. The quality and presentation both felt careless. Check-in was also slow because the staff seemed unprepared for my online booking and there was confusion at the front desk. They were unhelpful and sometimes rude, with little interest in sorting out the problems or showing basic hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place for an easy, pleasant stay. It wasn’t worth the price or hassle.

A few kilometers from Udaipur, it was a good memory of a stay. It’s away from the city noise, between two brickyards. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are very welcoming. You can have meals there too.

The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and getting to the city’s attractions and dining options was easy. My room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. From the moment I arrived, the warm, friendly staff made me feel at home and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. I recently stayed at Maharana palace hotel, Udaipur, and can’t say enough good things about it. I can’t wait to return. It exceeded my expectations in every way.
