The entrance was hard to find at first. We were there for three days, and the walls had cracks while the bedsheets looked as if they hadn't been washed. In the morning we asked for a towel and were told there weren't any because they were in the laundry. We asked again later, and it finally arrived at our room around 11.30 at night. Breakfast service wasn't ready the next morning, though the poori and subji, aloo paratha, poha, tia, and coffee were good. Based on my stay, it's a decent place if you're on a budget.

I was satisfied with the excellent service and supportive staff. The food was great, and everything was good. The hotel is in the heart of udaipur, near chetak circle.

The owner, Kamlendra Singh, was welcoming and professional, and even made himself available at 12 midnight. I really appreciated the hospitality and had a great stay. If you're looking for a good place to stay, definitely visit this hotel.

I booked through MakeMyTrip, but the room and hospitality didn't match what was described on the website. There was no hair dryer, iron, smart TV, or room service. The mattress was much too soft for sleeping comfortably. My experience wasn't as good as I'd expected.

The listed photos didn't match what I found, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The linen and quilt stank, and the bathroom and balcony were below standard. Rooms and location felt cheap, and the crowd was low grade. They even charged for the dental toothpaste and brush in the room. It's not suitable for families or good people. Don't go here.
