Parking was inadequate, and there was chaos among guests over spaces. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and management showed no honesty or care. We arrived late at night, so finding another hotel wasn't possible, and they took full advantage of that. When I booked, we had clearly agreed on three beds, and I had the agreement in writing. Once we arrived, they denied it and refused to provide the extra bed. This was my worst hotel stay ever. I would never recommend this hotel. Only stay here if you have no other option.

All the staff are very supportive, 24/7. Best service.

The rooms are good, but the service is very poor 👎🏼. The beds and towels smell of chemicals, and the pool has a really strong chemical smell too. I came to the hotel and asked to borrow a charger for an hour. He said to take it for an hour and asked me to hand it back. Then he told me to give a five-star rating 👎🏼👎🏼

The actual rooms are completely different from the photos they send. Poor experience, not recommended.

The food was amazing, and both the room and view were great. The hotel was beautiful, with good staff. A great experience 😊👍
