This was a terrible stay, and I felt the booking through makemytrip was a total scam. I was charged for breakfast and an extra mattress, but neither was provided. On arrival, he offered just one 500ml water bottle for three people, and said we’d have to pay for more. There was no boiler for warm drinking water. He also refused to provide a mattress or any blanket. My parents slept on the bed, so I ended up on the floor, using towels underneath me. The rooms were dusty and untidy, and the bed linen hadn’t been changed. There was a strong cigarette smell, and although the AC was running, it wasn’t cooling properly. One room had no hot water. The escalator was out of service, and there was no room boy to help with luggage. Don’t rely on the 4.9-star score. If price is your main concern, you could stay here, but there are better options nearby.

I arrived to find unclean bed linens and towels. When I asked for replacements, I was told previous guests had caused the problem, which left me wondering whether the room had been cleaned properly before my stay. There were no complimentary water bottles either, a basic amenity I expected. Overall, the property’s upkeep and management need significant improvement. With other options in the area, I’d consider somewhere else for a more comfortable, well-maintained stay.
