Grape County Eco Resorts

We came as a family for a private affair, with my wife and child, and had a lovely, very hospitable stay. The staff were attentive to what we needed. There’s construction nearby at the moment, so early mornings can be noisy, though it’s happening in the vicinity and isn’t the property’s fault. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation and quality family time.

There was plenty for us to do on the property, so we didn’t feel we needed to go outside. We visited Grape County Eco Resort & Spa, Nashik with our family and had a lot of fun, especially with the kids. The peaceful, beautiful setting was a big part of that. Our room, the service, play areas, spa, walkways, boating, and kayaking were all good. The staff were polite, supportive, and very good with children. For a family of five, though, they should provide enough toiletries and glasses from the start. We had to call several times for those. The food could taste better, and some boating and kayaking equipment needs maintenance. It was a lovely family stay with caring staff, and a few small improvements could make it outstanding. Highly recommended for families with kids.

The staff were helpful, but we were left disappointed by several parts of our stay at Grape County Resort. Power cuts happened often and made things very uncomfortable. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly on the first night. We complained and someone came to inspect it, but it still wasn’t fixed. We had to complain again the next night, when we saw the staff cleaning a very dirty AC filter. That pointed to poor upkeep and a lack of regular checks. Room service was slow and below what we expected from a resort in this category. The lake is promoted as a highlight, but during our visit there was practically nothing like what was shown or promised, which felt misleading. Our front desk interaction was unpleasant too: the female receptionist seemed unaware of several basic details and was unhelpful, so we didn’t feel welcome. Given the price and the way the resort is marketed, we expected a much more comfortable experience.

The green, peaceful setting among Nashik’s wine country felt like an escape from city life. Grape County Eco Resort has lush hills, man-made lakes, and a sprawling biodiversity park. The private pool villas and glass houses have lovely views and a secluded feel. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and a sunset horse ride, and the spa was a restorative place to unwind. Christy gave me a rejuvenating treatment that eased my stress. The whole team made the stay welcoming, with attentive service throughout. Subhash at the restaurant was especially thoughtful and gave very personal care. It’s a beautiful nature retreat with plenty of luxury.
