The room was neatly arranged, and the sit-out area was nice. It’s a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest rocky beach and about 10 minutes to the sandy beach. There were spiders and webs, so I wish the cleaning had been more thorough. The bathroom lighting is weak, and the wardrobe needs doors to feel complete. Also, the listed facilities weren’t all available: the TV had no recharge, and when I asked, I was told DTH would only be recharged for stays of 7+ days. Owners should provide the amenities they advertise. Integrity matters.

We asked for a late checkout and the owner kindly gave us three extra hours for free. He was very polite, and Ajay, the service boy, was a gentleman and really cooperative. The property was great in every way. You have a good heart, Anchit sir.

The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and the place was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep. Staff and manager were impolite and unfriendly. I’d booked two nights, but on the second morning the manager kept messaging me, pushing me to renew or say when I’d check out the next day. I didn’t renew. They also turned off the electricity in my room while I was out, and my food went bad in the fridge. One of my worst experiences. Don’t book this guesthouse.

The manager and staff were very good to deal with. The hotel itself was clean, with tidy rooms and bathrooms, and the service and location were great. Good value for money.
