Bay View Resort

The staff and owner helped make the stay comfortable, with quick service and good cleanliness. Everything else felt just right too, from the rooms to the location. It’s near Anjuna beach and the well-known clubs and cafes. We had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting an easy hospitality experience in North Goa.

Nearby places are easy to explore from this well-located resort. Our room was cozy, the pool was clean, and the property was tidy and well maintained. Service was prompt and very good. It worked perfectly for a family stay.

The TV worked great, but the room wasn’t mopped when we checked in, and the AC was just okay. Service needs improvement. The resort is close to the beach in Anjuna, and it has potential to be a good hotel if they put more effort into hospitality. Our experience could have been better.

Our stay was ruined by the attitude and lack of transparency. The manager was extremely rude when we brought up our concerns, basically saying, “You’re free to check out, I don’t care.” We also couldn’t have a drink by the pool unless we bought it from their bar, a rule that wasn’t shown on Agoda when we booked. The room gets direct sunlight constantly, which has been giving us a nonstop headache. A very frustrating experience.
