I’d come a long way hoping to wash up and get some rest, but left as soon as I could. The room was unhygienic, with broken things everywhere and taps that had been dismantled. The condition was awful, and it’s hard to understand having over 100 rooms when they can’t fix even one tap. A complete waste of money.
For the price, the room was comfortable enough, and the lady at the counter was sweet and polite. Still, I was let down by some basic things: the bedsheet was dirty and torn, and there wasn’t a doormat outside the bathroom. Those details should be taken care of.
The counter staff were really good and friendly, but the hotel needs better maintenance. The bathrooms were in terrible shape, the floors were very dirty, and even the towels smelled bad. The owner should pay the staff more and take care of the hotel.
The stay was okay, and the hotel itself was average with some cleanliness problems. I booked through OYO, but when I arrived they said they weren’t connected with it, so I had to book again at the hotel and pay more. That was entirely OYO’s fault. I also wasn’t given a towel with my booking.
Ask for hot water and they’ll knock at your door in two minutes, haha. Service is very quick, but the rooms could be cleaner. They had a smell, and the blankets weren’t clean.
