They refused to check me in, saying they couldn’t honor an oyo booking made at a low price. Then they pressured me to cancel through oyo and book directly with them for more money. They wouldn’t even help me contact oyo about a refund. A horrible experience, and I felt cheated by both the hotel and Oyo.

I booked and paid for a room in the morning on 22-08-2021. When I arrived at reception at 7pm, the manager said he wouldn’t give me a room because the price was too low. I never got my refund, so I had to book another hotel.

The room was third class, and the management was just as bad. The reception man behaved very rudely. They deny bookings when you’ve already paid online, then make you pay in cash. The oyo service was third class too. Don’t book through oyo at all.

I stayed at Hotel Spices while my father was admitted to Mission Hospital, which is only about 700-800meter away. The owners and staff are well behaved, helpful, and easy to deal with. Rooms are nicely arranged and can fit three people; single bed options are available too, within budget, with breakfast included. Breakfast choices were alloo paratha, bread butter, bread omelette, or puri bhaji. The meals taste delicious, though they’re a bit expensive. The items I found more affordable were Biryani, Mix veg, Naan, and Tandoori Roti. A single serving of Mix Veg is enough for three people, and one biryani serves two. A single Jeera Rice, though, is just for one. The food taste won’t disappoint, but I think they should improve the prices.
