The rooms were neat and clean, and the place was quiet during my two-day stay in Dec 23. But at 1650 + GST, the tiny 8x8 room only fits a small bed, with no table, so you have to eat on the bed. The MAP meals were the worst I've had: breakfast was puri sabzi or bread and butter with one poached egg, and dinner was a chicken or fish thali chosen by them. Tea took at least an hour to arrive, and the poor service made me regret asking. The hotel is on the outskirts, though manageable if you can walk. I'd recommend looking for hotels near Junction at City Centre instead, where you can get 3 Star hotels at this price.

It's a very quiet locality, with no noise pollution, so one night is fine. The property itself is average, with some modified furniture and amenities that weren't quite what we needed. There's no kitchen on site, so they rely on other restaurants for food and it takes longer than usual. Just so-so for me.

I've stayed here three times with my partner and felt safe, with good privacy and very satisfying staff behavior. The room feels a bit pricey at 1500rs. Around 800 for a day or 8 hours would be better.

The staff are happy to help, and the basic rooms are clean and adequate for an overnight stop. There's no restaurant, but they have a tie-up for food. A good option if you're travelling and just need a night's stay.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this Cloud9 hotel. I booked two rooms for two days for 3200/-, which felt pocket friendly. It's the only premium listed hotel in oyo in durgapur location, and I'd strongly recommend it if you're visiting. The main drawback is transport: you'll need to book ola or have your own vehicle. Uber isn't available in durgapur, and after 9:00 pm you won't get any cab, ola or Uber.
