Our Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with good use of the space. The food selection was broad and tasty, and service was prompt. Staff were attentive and courteous. Fortune Park Khajjiar is around 500 meters from the main tourist spot, so it’s convenient while still feeling peaceful. A comfortable, pleasant stay at a property that has recently joined ITC.

Mr. Munish Kumar took such good care of us, and his hospitality made us feel right at home. We had a great family vacation at Fortune Khajjiar. The views are stunning and the rooms are great, but the service is what really earned the five stars.

Coming in from the winter cold, the warm lobby, soft lights, and pleasant scent made a lovely first impression. The rooms felt cozy, with good heating, thick duvets, soft lighting, and wood details that suited the mountain setting. After playing in the snow, it was easy to relax there. Snowfall isn’t guaranteed every day in Khajjiar, but the hotel’s elevation and surroundings mean you may wake up to snowy views, and you can enjoy the outdoors right near your room. The in-house food worked well for all ages, including a young child. There were mild choices, warm soups, and local favorites, with attentive service. Inside, there are roomy common areas and warm window seating where you can enjoy the views. Staff were friendly and helped with snow information and local tips. It felt like a comfortable, scenic place without being overly posh. For families, the rooms and bathrooms were easy to use in winter, and the paths around the property were manageable even in snow. You don’t feel like you have to go hunting for snow, the property itself feels like a snowy retreat. ITC Fortune Khajjiar was warm, cozy, and picturesque, just right for some winter family time.

We had a really good time here on a family vacation. The location is lovely, and the staff treated us respectfully. Mr. Ankush was especially helpful and always spoke politely.
