We’re a British couple and felt very comfortable here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we’d happily come back to Patiala and stay again. Thank you 😄

The owner and staff behaved badly, and the hospitality was poor. I don't want to return, and I'd advise other customers to choose one of the many Patiala hotels with better service.
