Room 404 cost me 4000 rs, and I got no comfort or hospitality. The ceiling was covered in mold, there was hair all over sheets that had looked fine at first, and it seemed they may not have been changed after the previous guest. Chipped floors, sofa and chair fabric that looked as if it hadn't been dry cleaned in years, and a smelly blanket were part of the stay. I called the front desk several times about the blanket, but nobody helped until I went downstairs myself. The washroom tiles, bucket, and glass partition were all covered with limescale. The rooms and common areas were badly maintained. I blame management for neglecting the cleaning and the owner for charging so much for zero comfort. If I could give zero stars, I would.

All the services were good, and the rooms were in very good condition. The gym, lobby, cleaning, and parking were all maintained well. MR. Bassera ji, the G.M in property, is a great person and handles all the sections well. Very osmm hotel in patiala city.

The attached restaurant's food was moderate, expensive, and not worth the price. The hotel stay was worse: cockroaches, bed bugs, and termites in the rooms, plus a toilet that stank and leaked. During my two nights there I kept complaining and even asked for pest control, but they never did it. Staff were scarce. When I asked for help getting my luggage to my room, they bluntly told me to do it myself. They wouldn't even provide towels, and I only got toiletries on the last night. I could keep listing problems. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in, please avoid it.

I stayed at Eqbal Inn, Patiala with my family, and it was a very unpleasant experience. I'd seen several negative reviews online before booking and raised them with the staff. They assured me the issues were old and that rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors had recently been renovated, so I went ahead. What we found didn't match those assurances. On arrival, the place seemed poorly managed, with only one person at reception. Our room smelled strongly, had visible seepage and peeling paint, a filthy washroom, and a broken toilet seat. The corridor carpet was extremely dirty and smelled bad. I asked to change rooms, but the alternative had the same unhygienic conditions. Breakfast was included, yet there was no proper service even at 9:30 AM. No staff were available to help, and getting hot food was nearly impossible. The rooms didn't match what staff had claimed, and basic hospitality and coordination were shocking. I wouldn't recommend this for families or anyone who cares about cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene. The service was far below acceptable, and I'd advise looking at other options for a comfortable, stress-free stay.
