The basement is suffocating, and the banquet experience was awful. They show you an air-conditioned banquet, then bring in a big cooler during the party, which ruins it. The owner or manager GURPREET is arrogant and rude, with no respect for guests, and he is rude to your guests too. Service is very poor, and the staff don't know how to speak to people. The DJ service is poor as well: they take payment through 12am but wrap up by 10:30, and only download a song on the spot when you ask for a particular one. You pay separately for mocktails, but they aren't served to guests. The AC doesn't work. Nothing good here. Do yourself a favour and don't book this place.
