The location was fine, but the hotel smelled bad from the lobby onward. Even though we arrived at 1 p.m., our rooms weren't ready, and the receptionist kept us waiting for an hour. We were shown three rooms, but none worked for us, so we left after half an hour. Every bathroom smelled and was very dirty, the bedsheets were filthy, and the TV didn't work. The staff were extremely unprofessional. The pictures on the OYO app were completely fabricated and nothing like what we found.

The only problem was the address on Google Maps, which showed a different location from the one on the OYO app. Otherwise, the room was beautifully arranged, from the bedding to the furniture, and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The TV, AC, and geyser all worked, the food was really good, the tea was unmatched, and room service was great. I stayed one night and went wow when I walked in. I'll visit again when I need to.

The staff were good and cooperative, though they didn't communicate well with each other. The bedding seemed unwashed, and the almirah was very dirty. There were lots of mosquitoes, and I had to remind them three times to bring All Out. Please keep up the hygiene and make the stay hassle-free.

I wish I could give less than one star. They say they're couple friendly, but people at reception stared at us suspiciously. The first room was very untidy, with heavily stained sheets and blankets. They changed it when we asked, and the new room was better than the first, but still not satisfactory.

The people were very nice and welcoming, though breakfast service might get a bit slow in the mornings. Cleanliness was around 3 out of 5. Galleria market is about a 1.5 km walk, and it's close to the rapid metro. Not the best, but not bad for an Oyo.
