Compared with other places, I had a great stay here. The owner and staff were helpful and treated me well. Everything was good and hygienic, and it felt safe too. Really nice to stay here. 😊❤ Five stars from me. 💫

The rooms were neat and clean, and all the rooms are on the ground floor. It’s close to charbagh railway station. The staff behaved well, and food and drinks are available. All the facilities were perfect.

Hotel Sunrise has AC and non-AC rooms at an average or low price. Each room has an attached bathroom and toilet, and there’s a wardrobe and WiFi. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner aren’t available.

The water supply was poor. It ran out in the morning when I went to the bathroom, and I had to wait there for 15 minutes for it to come back. I booked a deluxe room of 3X size for two adults, but they gave me a very small room with no cupboard or study table. They also provided no toiletries or towel. The room was dirty and tiny, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The blanket was old, dirty, and only single sized. This was the worst experience I've had at this hotel.

It’s near Charbagh Lucknow Railway Station, and the rooms were excellent. They provide good facilities, and the staff behaved well.
