The owner and desk staff were polite and friendly, but the hotel was poorly managed and I wasn't happy with its facilities or service. The location is good, yet my room was dirty, with stains on the floor, in the washroom, and even on the towels. The toilet flush and soap dispenser didn't work either. When the lift failed, I had to take the stairs up three floors. Check the current room conditions before booking in advance.

The location is handy, right opposite munshipuliya metro station, and the three-floor property could work well for a group. There are eight rooms and a common area on each floor. The rooms are small, there's no lift, and food service isn't available, though there's a kitchen for basic things. The staff also weren't well trained. An average option for a short stay.

The street was quiet, and the metro view was good. The building was run down when I visited, and I couldn't tell whether it was even open. The staff seemed to be young, untrained locals. It's far from the city but connected by metro, so stay here if you're using a self-drive car or don't mind taking the metro.

On the third floor with no lift, this place is a definite no. The rooms smelled, with seepage, fungus, and black mold on the walls. Locks and latches were broken, the linens were dirty, and pretty much everything was bad. They served water in used bisleri bottles. The list goes on.
