OYO 12758 Hotel Greenview Inn

When I got to the hotel I’d booked through Oyo, the staff said there were no rooms available. Oyo customer service wouldn’t refund me and said their policy doesn’t allow refunds. There’s a lot of fraud going on here, and they’re openly scamming people. Oyo’s service is very poor.

The room took two hours to arrive after check-in, and then they put us in a different building. The bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom geyser didn’t work, and there were rats along with a strong cigarette smell. Don’t bring your family. I trusted the Google ratings and paid for it, but most of the reviewers here seem fake. The whole experience was the worst.

The location is good and clean, and this could have been an amazing stay if the room had been kept clean. It was so dirty that we had to leave. Staff wouldn’t even agree that it was dirty. The blanket was covered in all kinds of stains, there was what looked like fungus growing behind a table, and there were stains on the walls and all over the TV. I’d definitely have given it 5 stars if cleanliness hadn’t been an issue and the staff had been more considerate. Trust me, I’m not exaggerating.

Greenview Inn is in a peaceful, convenient spot near Munshipulia. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a really nice stay, and it’s couple friendly too. Rooms are available at a reasonable price, though the food costs more than at other places.
