I was charged an extra 200. The hotel staff said they wouldn't give me a room if I'd booked online and hadn't paid them at the property. They said I had to pay the extra margin to get a room, because online payments get delayed and money is deducted.

The RO water smelled and tasted bad, so we had to buy bottled water throughout our stay. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and despite booking through OYO, we didn't get any OYO hygiene or toilet kits. The fan was stuck at its highest speed because the regulator had no plastic knob. The AC, geyser, and TV also weren't working properly. We complained to staff several times, but they didn't seem to care. The building quality was poor, and the manager paid little attention to service. A really pathetic experience.

The bathroom smelled, the fan was dusty, and the bedsheet was crawling with bugs. The place was filthy, and the photos and reviews seem fake. Stay here if you want to suffer, and good luck with your health.

Nothing that makes a hotel good was available here. The room and its condition were awful, the service was terrible, and the location was bad too.
