For the price, it was reasonable and everything was good. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms were in good shape, and everything worked. It's a good hitel overall.

Bathroom water was leaking from the ceiling, and the exhaust fan was set into the wall behind it, which was bizarre 😂😃😃. The bed sheets, pillow cover, and toilet seat were filthy, and I had to chase them to clean the mess. It felt like they'd put me in an abandoned room. I've never seen a room this terrible. Make my trip should remove this downgraded hotel from their list, and a place like this should be closed.

The rates were far too high for what was provided, and mosquitoes kept me awake at night. The building felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Rooms were tiny and unclean, with dirty bed and pillow covers, and the staff weren't professional. The bathroom and bedroom shared a light switch, which bothered us throughout the stay. Even the utensils provided for dinner and breakfast weren't very clean. It was a very bad experience.

The room was cramped, like a box or changing room, and the receptionist wanted money before check-in. We asked for something like warm milk at 10:00 pm, but were told room service had closed. The staff acted like they didn't care about customers or want to make anyone happy, just wanted money to keep going in the market.
